Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Romania?
We're based in Târgoviște, Romania, but we work with clients across Europe. All meetings and reports can be handled online, anytime and anywhere.

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter). We always recommend the platforms where your target audience actually is, not all of them at once.
How long until I see results?
The first improvements in engagement and organic growth usually appear within 4-8 weeks. Significant results - leads, sales, community - come after 3-6 months of consistent collaboration.
Do you create all the content, or do I need my own photographer?
We create graphics, carousels, and reels using materials you provide, plus full copywriting. If you need professional photo/video sessions, we can partner with local providers or give you a detailed brief.
Can I access my social media accounts at any time?
Absolutely. The accounts are yours. We manage them on your behalf, but you always have full access and final control.

How long does it take to build a website?
A standard presentation page: 2-4 weeks. A multi-page site: 4-8 weeks. A complex e-commerce project: 8-16 weeks. It all depends on the features needed and how fast feedback comes in.
Will I be able to edit the website content myself?
Yes. We deliver every website with a user-friendly CMS or a custom admin panel, so you can update text, images, and products without any technical knowledge.
Do you offer hosting and maintenance after launch?
Yes, we offer hosting packages, monthly maintenance, security updates, and technical support. You'll never be left on your own after delivery.
Pricing & Collaboration
How does the collaboration process work?
We start with a free discussion to understand your goals. Then comes a detailed proposal, contract signing, onboarding, and kickoff. From there, we communicate weekly and report monthly.
What's the minimum contract duration?
We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment for marketing services, since organic results need time. For web development, we work on a project basis with no long-term contract.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, card payment, and online payment. We invoice monthly for recurring services and in stages for web projects.
Can I cancel the services if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. Our contracts include an exit clause with 30 days' notice. We don't believe in forced relationships - if we're not delivering value, we don't deserve your business.
